The City of Rushville is partnering with PRE/3, an experienced multifamily housing developer and property manager, to deliver the second phase of the highly successful Rushville Villas development. Building upon the strong occupancy and positive community response from Phase I, this next phase will add an additional 48 high-quality multifamily units, expanding the city’s range of housing options and supporting continued population and workforce growth. Phase II directly aligns with Rushville’s broader efforts to enhance housing diversity. The project is strategically located on an underutilized property that has long been identified as a redevelopment priority in local planning efforts. Construction is scheduled to begin March 1, 2025, with completion anticipated by July 31, 2026. Matching funds will be provided by PRE/3 and the City of Rushville. READI funds will support eligible construction costs, including wood, plastic, and composite materials essential to the project’s buildout.
